Haglil industries is a one stop shop industrial factory, offering our various costumers full service from early design to ATP.
Haglil provides milling, turning and HLA services in the highes international standards, using the best equipment and highly experienced personnel.
Haglil mainly supports the medical and print sectors.
Haglil manufactures shafts and rollers for mobile systems and many more applications.
In addition along the years Haglil developed its machine shop bringing in CNC milling & turning abilities.
Haglil has developed its assembly abilities to add value to its customers by the ability to propose a full turn key product.

A professional and highly experienced logistic division is available to the benefit of Haglil’s customers.
The logistic divisions supports and maintains an overall supply chain (planning & control, domestic & overseas procurement, production, warehouses. Shipment, finance and customer support.
Haglil’s IT supports the operation management.

Rafi Silman - CEO
Partner and owner of 50% of the Galilee company.
He served as CEO of HaGalil for about 30 years in the past and returned to this position at the beginning of 2024.
Rich experience in managing industrial companies.
Previously served as chairman of a public company.
Itzik Rozen - CTO
Mechanic Engineer, with over thirty years’ experience in precision machining, roller production, coating & grinding of various elastomers.
Engineer at Indigo’s development department.
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering at the Technion
Oleg Inotaev - Operations and Engineering Manager
Joined our company in 2019,
Today serves as the director of operations and engineering.
Has experience in the field of mechanical engineering in R&D development, production engineering in BTS & BTP factories and CAD engineering planning for about 10 years.
Has a degree in mechatronics. Certified CSWP SolidWorks company.
Moran Levi - Sales and Marketing Manager
Moran has been in charge of Sales and Marketing for the past 5 years.
Moran has extensive experience working with clients in the print and the medical fields.In her past, Moran worked in various industries on chip processing and assemblies. She built her way through the roles of PP&C, purchasing, marketing and sales.
In her experience, she brings a great deal of knowledge in finding operational solutions and integrating work with subcontractors
